The NEW EV1220 heavy-duty inground vehicle lifts are ideal for starting or expanding your commercial fleet service capabilities. Heavy-Duty Inground Vehicle Lifts require less shop space than surface mounted lifts, maximizing the number of service bays.

The EV1220 inground vehicle lifts are equipped with standard, medium and high extension stack adapters to accommodate a wide variety of Heavy-Duty vehicle lift points. Challenger Heavy-Duty Inground Vehicle Lifts are fully contained in a recycled polymer housing to protect your investment and the environment.

With over 50% more bearing contact surface than competitor’s vehicle lifts, enhanced wipers both top and bottom and NEW larger 8-1/2” chrome pistons, your shop will have a superior, more stable and repeatable lift resulting in increased productivity.

The traditional EV1220 inground lifts come standard with Part# 10315 Stack Adapter Extension Kit and #10318 Four Frame Engaging Truck Adapters. Frame engaging adapters (Part #10314 or 10318) are REQUIRED when lifting vehicles with frame construction.

Drop-in style Stack Adapters for inground automotive lifts. Simply take out the screw pad, drop in the stack adapter extension and replace screw pad to reach lifting points. Stack adapters help reach pickup points on vehicles with running boards or side steps.

They provide direct contact to frames without the slipping associated when lifting on slippery, sprayed undercoatings with traditional rubber pads. Cradle provides secure fit to frame in tight spaces. Works with 10,000 and 12,000 lb. capacity Challenger inground automotive lifts. 15,000 lb. capacity inground lifts require reducer busing kit part #10317.

Stack Adapter Extension Kit includes four 3″ Stack Extensions, two 6″ Stack Extensions & two Organizer Racks with hardware. Organizer racks can be mounted to walls or workbenches to keep adapters within reach. Works with Challenger 10,000 and 12,000 lb. capacity inground car and truck lifts.

StayDry

Stay Dry is an automatic preventative maintenance tool for inground car and truck lifts which is pneumatically powered off of the existing internal air supply line. As the automotive lift operator disengages the air actuated safety locks to lower the lift, an internally mounted flojet pump quietly removes any accumulated condensate from the floor of the lift containment system out through the hydraulic chase tube. Stay Dry can be easily retrofitted to older cassette inground lift models and competitive brands. It eliminates costly maintenance calls and automotive lift downtime and it prolongs the life of the inground lift and its hydraulic components
